A Rosie Day Florist LLC Start Up

We are currently trying to move to a physical location and need your support! We are looking for sponsors to help our company grow. 

As a thank you to our sponsors, we plan on having a Thank You event at our new location, at which time we will reveal our sponsor banner. Each person who sponsors A Rosie Day Florist LLC will have a leaf added to our sponsor tree, which will be on display in our facility.
In Addition:
For every sponsor who donates $150 or more, will receive A Rosie Day Florist LLC Sponsor shirt. 

For every sponsor who donates $200 or more, will receive A Rosie Day Florist LLC Sponsor shirt and 5% off all purchases for a year.

For every sponsor who donates $500 or more, will receive A Rosie Day Florist LLC Sponsor shirt, 5% off all purchases for a year and have delivery fees waived on any local order for a year.

Company Summary:
A Rosie Day Florist LLC’s (ARDF) stands for community unity through flowers. We want to provide a family friendly business that focuses on making everyday a bit more “Rosie”. Our goals are to be able to grow into a full time multi position florist, creating beautiful floral artwork for the everyday and special occasions. We hope to promote our friends and family, through our work and to help our “village” grow.

At A Rosie Day Florist LLC our vision is to brightening every day the “Rosie” way, by providing quality floral arrangements, exceptional customer experience, and enhancing memories that will last a lifetime.

Company History:
As with every company, it began with a passion. A Rosie Day Florist LLC came to be after a dear friend needed help with her wedding. Years of growing up with plant and flower loving mothers, both Josh and America’s, flowers and arrangements came second nature. America helped out with all of the thirty plus floral centerpieces, banister arrangements, wedding party bouquets and boutonnieres, and the two large alter pieces. With the encouragement of her dear friend, America and Josh began bouncing around the idea of their own floral company. After a year of part-time weekend projects, A Rosie Day Florist LLC has been part of six weddings, one memorial service and brought over fifty-five smiles to wonderful individuals. Our goal is expansion, growing into a small shop where we can better serve our customers and employees. We currently have one employee that works with us part-time, but would like to expand as we develop. The goal is for A Rosie Day Florist LLC to be run full time by America Parmer, with one to two full time employees and three to four part-time employees. We would like to grow our community, supporting the art of floral design and dreams of family and friends as we can. Giving back is important to us, and as we grow, we want to be able to invest back into the community that supported us.

Markets and Products:
We provide quality long lasting full floral arrangements at an affordable value. Our arrangements are custom designed and not based on the top internet limited recipes.  We provide individual orders, scheduled monthly contracts, and event floral arrangements.

Management Team:
Our company management team will consist of Josh and America Parmer.

America Parmer: America is a dedicated dreamer. There is nothing she cannot put her mind to and achieve. With floral design classes in high school and years of personal arrangements, she is the main designer of A Rosie Day Florist LLC. She handles the accounting, employment, marketing and design work. With years of administrative work and well as IT Software management, she thrives at building and managing businesses.
Joshua Parmer: Joshua is the man behind the dream. He is the support system that keeps A Rosie Day Florist LLC running. With 15+ year of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, Joshua brings years of knowledge to the table. He is our event guru, specializing in the most efficient setup/flip/breakdown possible and our number one transport man! He assists with marketing, event formatting, human resources, and quality control.

Legal Structure and Ownership:
A Rosie Day Florist LLC is set up as a Limited Liability Company, with two owning members. The two members are America and Joshua Parmer. The success of the company is directly correlated to the success of the members.

Locations and Facilities:
A Rosie Day Florist LLC is currently trying to move into our permeant location. Located in Tomball, Texas with easy access to HWY 99 and FM 2920, we would have access to multiple markets and facilities.  
 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Have you ever wanted flowers for that special occasion and looked online, placed an order, only to have a mediocre arrangement arrive? This is how most people feel, and we stride to fix that. At A Rosie Day Florist LLC, our quality is our biggest selling point. We use high quality flowers from a wholesaler located in Houston, and build full, colorful arrangements. ARDF takes in to consideration the customers’ needs and builds the arrangement around their happiness. Custom orders are our favorite and no “custom order” charge is attached.  When considering our events, we want to target the average budget. ARDF wanted to provide the best floral experience and value for every budget. We are willing to work with our customers to try to make their dream come alive. Our goal is to reduce stress, save money, and bring joy to our customer.
