I want to self-publish an art book of approx. 80 noir-inspired ink drawings plus text.

In ink washed drawings and watercolors I recreate the moody atmosphere of film noir  integrated with mundane elements giving the work a twist of humor or the surreal. 

From these 'non-existent movie stills' the viewer is lead by the texts to make up his/her own story.  Black cats will appear regularly in the series because they just seem to fit in.

The money is for editing, printing and distributing the book.
