A New Home and an Old Struggle

Today I would like to introduce you to a wonderful woman. Diana Oosterhart is my aunt. She has had a huge effect on my life since my childhood. The time we spent together contributed to the person I am today. She is by far one of my favorites!
Unfortuantely, she has been diagnosed with cancer. She is going through chemo and she has been so strong throughout this struggle! But there is a new concern, and I am determined to help her get through it.
My aunt needs a new place to live. She has recently been able to start working again, but she needs a place where she can keep up her treatments and keep working. I am so proud of how far she has come, fighting such a dreadful disease. But it isn't an easy battle and her situation makes it that much more difficult.
She is living in Montanta, its winter time now, and the weather is harsh. She is already battling so much just getting through her chemo and beating her cancer, I simply can't allow her to end up in a situation that only exacerbates her struggle.
I am across the country from her, so this is my determintation to make a difference for her. I am raising money to get her a down payment into a place so that she can keep working and keep warm. All of the funds will go toward helping her get settled into a new home.
The holiday season is here, what better gift to give than a fresh start and a victory over a great struggle?
