A Life for Leeam

Hello everyone. I am starting this page for my sweet baby lamb Leeam [Lee or Leelee] to cover his veterinary bills due to a rough start on life. His mother had issues during labor which caused us to have to make an expensive house call to our vet. Sadly, due to the prolonged labor, she lost her first born. We believed both lambs were lost at this time. However, Lee was a miracle baby and barely survived his birth. But due to their harsh delivery, Leeam's mother Lydia could barely care for him on her own, so we help her by bottle feeding him 3 times a day and are still following the schedule. This is why I am asking for everyone's help. I am a college student just about to start class, I am using a lot of the little money I have to cover school supplies and pay for the milk I need to take care of Leeam and another bottle baby goat we have that nearly froze to death. I am asking for $1,000 because this will cover the vet bill of almost $500, cover the milk costs to help raise him, and cover the cost of not selling him. As well as being able to keep my sweet Leeam happy and healthy and getting Lydia on a strong road to recovery. We raise sheep for our local 4-H groups and if I do not meet this quota to cover these expenses, Leeam too will go to sell and most likely slaughter.
