This fund is established to provide financial support to Alvin Williams in order for him to take time from work to be with his grandchild who has been diagnosed with DIPG cancer. Alvin shares a special bond with his 4-year-old granddaughter whose cancer has been diagnosed as terminal. This precious little girl may not see her 5th birthday in July. Therefore, any financial support is appreciated and will allow Alvin to spend time with this grandchild without the worry of the loss of a paycheck during this stressful time.
