Save Mike and Shara's Wedding

Mike and Shara have spent the last 2 years planning the wedding of their dreams. Both being from the Philippines, the decision to have their wedding in the Philippines and go back to their roots for the first time in over 8 years was easy.

The night before they were meant to fly home to the Philippines their home in Vancouver was broken into. The thieves made off with all the jewelry in the house including some that had been passed down in the family, their passports, and $10,000 they had to finish paying off the wedding when they arrived. 

Needless to say the bride and groom to be are devastated and despite the police's best efforts they were unable to catch the culprits. Their dream wedding has quite literally been stolen from them and the invasion of their home has left them feeling extremely unsafe and exposed.

At this point the wedding has come to a halt but we still have a chance to help! The wedding is programmed for August 8th and we are hoping to help them recover $10,000 or at least enough to help them keep the wedding going so that they can go home and celebrate the day with their grandparents and extended family. We can help give these two beautiful people the wedding they deserve and had worked so hard for.
