A future for Chris: Your Balule Gate Guard

Pantshe "Chris" Letebele - little bit of information about the man:
"Chris" is 40 years old and is currently employed on the reserve where we operate. He has been on our sponsor waiting list for four years. "Chris" started work as a gate guard and after two years he was promoted to a more senior position on the reserve maintenance team. He proved himself as a diligent, hardworking and ambitious individual. We have been observing "Chris" over the past four years and we are continuously impressed by his passion and general knowledge of the natural environment. He has a natural warmth that would make him an excellent nature guide (game ranger). He has a keen, enquiring mind and always enthusiastically shares his bush experiences and learnings.
"Chris" is such an amazing man and his love for nature is inspiring to all of us. He will bring so much depth to future tourist with his passion and traditional knowledge. With so many of our previous Campfire sponsored students, they go back into their communities with a raised status and impact their community to become more conservation inclined. With the current poaching problems South Africa is experiencing, education towards upliftment of local communities is the future.
Thank you brass for raising R30 000 towards this good cause! We also received R5000 from one of our Olifants West landowners and a generous R9100 from Mark Turkey, an ex-FGASA student. We are extremely grateful for all their support. To be able to have "Chris" complete the January course we still need R50 000 before the 13 January 2019.
We have already committed to sponsor Natasha Malatjie and therefor we need your help to assist with funds towards amazing "Chris".
Please help us help him and our precious wildlife!
