A computer for higher education

Hi! My name is Meichelle. I'm a single mother of two boys (ages 9&11). I want to provide a better life for the three of us by continuing my education by obtaining my BS Degree.  I hope that by doing this not only would I have more employment opportunities with a better wage, I would also be able to show my kids how education CAN make a difference in your life! I've wanted to finished my education for about 20 years now but I just never got around to it when I was younger. 

I am in the process of enrolling for online courses through SNHU and will start in January 2017. My only problem is that I do not have a reliable computer that would allow me to do my studies. Online courses are my only option at this time because I work full-time in order to provide for myself and my boys, and leaving them at home for evening classes is also not an option.

I've never been one to ask for help but I have come to a point in my life where I am tired of struggling, working hard and getting nowhere.  I have no savings and I pretty much live paycheck to paycheck. Being 45, I figured that this is THE TIME to get something done and pursue that degree in order to do better for myself and kids. Having a good computer would help me get there and obtaining this degree would be one of the greatest accomplishments in my life. Well, other than having two wonderful children that I LOVE and adore.
