a boy named sioux needs your help

sioux swallowed a piece of a ball, it perforated his small intestine.

they had to remove 6 inches of his intestine. he will need a couple days in the hospital before he can come home.

the estimate was for $11,000-17,000.  he is on the high end of the estimate, this was about as bad a tear as they could expect to see.

i am not an irresponsible pet owner, but i will still need some help.

ive already put down a $3500 cash deposit.  

sioux is covered by my aspca personal pet insurance, they usually pay about 60%.   thats about $10,000.  my deposit should cover half of the remaining $7000, leaving my best case scenario fundraising goal at $3500.

sioux, gunner and i appreciate all the love and offers of support.

gunner has a foxtail remnant removal from his paw scheduled for next wednesday.  poor gunner had been in a cone for over a year now.

if some sort of miracle were to happen and i raised too much money for sioux, the extra would pay for gunner.  he just turned 13 and wants his cone off for his golden years.

i will post a video of my happy cry if we can get me and my dogs through this crisis.
