Zoe's dream is to be a professional ballet dancer. Attending the Summer Intensive at the School of American Ballet (SAB) in New York City will give her the opportunity to be taught by some of the best teachers in the world. This experience will open up potentional doors to join the year round program at SAB and/or several other top programs. 97% of the Ballerinas in the New York City Ballet come from SAB. As you can imagine, Zoe is soooo excited about this!!
The SAB Summer Intensive is a rigious 5 week program intended to prepare dancers for life in a year round pre-professional program. A quality year round school is key to a young ballerina's future, because only 1% of those who audition every year get into a professional company.
Your contribution will help pay for this once in a lifetime experience for her. The following are some of the expenses that will have to be paid:
Tuition: $2830
Room and Board: $3025
Other fees: $235
Plane Tickets for two: $900 (estimated)
Point shoes and attire: $200
Outside activity fees: $300 (estimated)
