Xylah's Leg Surgery

Our dear Xylah severely tore her ACL and dislocated her knee cap while playing fetch last weekend. She's been completely unable to bear any weight on it since then.
After consulting with an orthopedic specialist and taking multiple x-rays, the only treatment available is surgery; otherwise her leg will take potentially years to heal and she will never walk normally again.
Clearly, that's not an option, as Xylah is still full of life and is in excellent health otherwise. The vets say that she's got plenty of years ahead of her, but that this surgery is essential. Once they perform the procedure, she will take 6-8 weeks to heal, and should be back to full functionality (including ability to run and play again!) in 3-6 months.
We need to raise the funds in the next two weeks in order to get the surgery completed in a timely fashion. Poor Xylah is hopping around on three legs in the meantime, and the longer we wait the worse it gets.
These funds will cover her vet bills for this injury, the specialized orthopedic surgical procedure, all necessary medications for healing, and the month of supervised bed rest that she will require after the surgery is complete. Any remaining funds will be used toward her follow-up vet visits to ensure that the injury has healed 100% and she can be cleared for physical activity again.
Anybody who's ever met Xylah knows just how much, well... how much EVERYBODY loves Xylah. So, every little bit goes a long way, specifically because Xylah and her contagious smile have connected with SO many of us over the years... for a dog, she has a pretty huge fanbase, which truly warms the hearts of all five of her dads.
Please help us get Xylah's injury fixed up so that she can enjoy the rest of her long life with full and pain-free mobility! She won't stop talking about wanting to go back down to the beach again!
