Help Support Joey & Joy Wolski

Donation protected
Joey and Joy Wolski were involved in a motorcycle accident on June 17th where they were hit by an inattentive driver.  Joey and Joy sustained extensive injuries.  We are trying to raise funds to be used for their immediate medical bills, long-term physical therapy, and other expenses as they recover.

A benefit will also be held on Sept. 25.  Details at facebook.com/events/1718801321714656/ .

Thank you for your contributions as we are trying to alleviate their large financial burden.  We greatly appreciate the support of our family and friends!

FROM JESSIE WOLSKI:
My father and stepmom got into a motorcycle accident at no fault of their own on June 17th. My father was on a ventilator for a little over a week, had to have 2 surgeries and was in the hospital for several weeks. My stepmom had to have surgery, spent several days in the hospital and may require additional surgery. It was very touch and go for a while, and both are lucky to have survived such a horrific accident. They will be wheelchair bound for quite some time, it is unclear when or if they will be able to return to work.

My father is the hardest working person I know, he has worked very hard for everything he has and is no stranger to physical labor. He is always willing to help anyone whether it be with their car, tractor or their sink in their house. I swear he can fix anything - whether it be for his mother, a friend of mine, a family member, a neighbor or a friend of a friend, he is always more than willing to lend a hand. My stepmom is a nurse and has always been passionate about helping others in need. Thankfully they are both home & slowly on the mend starting physical therapy. We are forever grateful for all of the cards, well wishes and words of encouragement. Anyone who knows my parents know they are hardworking and very proud, so we are holding a benefit on their behalf to help assist with the mounting medical expenses and living expenses since the accident.

Both of their lives have been changed in the blink of an eye. If you cannot donate or share my post, please just watch out for motorcycles. They do not have the protection that we have in cars, I almost lost my parents to someone else's careless mistake. I haven't posted about this at my father's request, but now that things have settled down & they are doing better I have a favor to ask. If anyone is able to donate a basket, buy a ticket, make a donation or even share our event information, I would be forever grateful.
