This fall, I've been blessed with the opportunity to head back to East Africa for yet another adventure. The first portion of my trip, beginning in July, will allow me to conduct research on the reintegration of women in post-conflict Northern Uganda, while taking daily Acholi language classes.
Starting in August, I will be interning with the Search for Common Ground in Rwanda working on regional strategy. Both of these opportunities will nicely work alongside my current M.A. program at Georgetown University in terrorism and sub state violence.
Your donations are incredibly vital, and will help further my graduate studies and my personal love for travelling. The money will go directly toward food, domestic travel, school supplies, anti-malarial medication, and other necessities. I appreciate any sum, from $5 to $500, and have designated gifts for each donation milestone.
