Struggling just to buy food

I'm a single disabled mother of one and we are struggling to keep up with interest. Unforeseen circumstances caused us some extra expenses recentlty. My daughter needed glasses and is growing out of clothing and shoes so very fast. She has asperger's syndrome and is very picky about texture of cloth and everything she eats, as well as having allergies, and severe ear issues. My disability leaves me unable to function in public without my service dog. He recently had his 5th surgery and several $100 visits. We had a fence rot away and the neighbor's wouldn't help fix it. I'm unable to take public transit due to ptsd, my one friend works all day, and my immediate family is unable to help with transportation. If we didn't have the car payment and the extra debts, we would get by. We're used to having very little. (Not even a real computer) We're on a fixed income that is low enough to be considered 200% of the poverty level in our area, but $20 too much to qualify for any help with food or utilities. We receive less than $1800 per month. We have no savings and, with my daughter's diet restrictions, we can't cut the food budget any more. We've sold everything we had that wasn't absolutely necessary. We're not asking for a free ride, just enough help to get back to our very tight budget. I had the debt paid down to just under $6000 and a plan to pay it off effectively, but the added interest, increase in internet cost, and lack of food at pantries and food banks that my daughter will eat, has pushed us into a bad place. If I can't reduce the debt significantly by the end of May then I'll turn off our internet and Netflix. Those are the only bills non-essential to staying alive. Any help at all is appreciated.
