We Live on a PLANET

I happen to believe we live on a PLANET. It seems like every day that I have a gaggle of Flat Earthers trying to convince me that we live on a plane under some glass dome called the firmament. It seems like every day where these Flat Earthers try to convince me that there is no such thing as outer space. A day doesn't go by where I don't see that same FB meme about how water always lays FLAT so how can the earth be round etc etc. The Discovery Channel made a video that presents a perfect test: setup a high-powered laser at the edge of a huge lake, mount it 2ft high perfectly level and take measurements at 500ft, 1 mile and 3 miles. If the earth is flat, the laser will be 2ft above the water level at each interval. Funny enough, some Flat Earthers made their own laser video (over land) and "proved" the earth is flat. That is what brings us to this Gofundme page. I'm willing to bet that whoever made that video is an idiot (doing it over land) and probably cheated to get the result. I have a high-poweres laser that can be mounted at perfect level and let's test over a HUGE lake and bet against a crew of Flat Earthers. Let's make THEM match OUR Gofundme balance, which is sure to be higher than theirs. Let's bet our balance against their balance (matched amount) and let's bet our conviction. I will handle this the same as a stock purchase. We will take hard expenses such as boat rental, etc, off the top and split the balance of the winnings in direct proportion to your contribution. It's time the educated people of this PLANET force those Flat Earthers to put up or go away. If we don't find any takers within a maximum of 6 months, we'll return the donations.  Winner must be determined by a neutral party, someone like a judge, police officer or university professor.
