Vesevia IP Setting

Hi, my name is Jens Morrison.
I am trying to start my own IP (Intellectual Property). I've put a lot of work into this already, but I'm reaching a point where I need to hire some people to do things I can't do personally. I need maps, artists, stories written by professionals (as opposed to me), and to start publishing my own works.
This IP is a fantasy setting that has a history spanning from the Pre-historic, to the colonization of other worlds. It doesn't start on Earth, or even in this reality however. The world, and the realm, are both called Vesevia. The realm, for lack of a better name. The planet, due to a story about the gods.
Did I mention that there are gods? Several pantheons in fact. Over 40 gods in total, with tons more minor deities planned, as well as demigods, and champions of said gods. These gods don't just sit around on high thrones in the Celestial plane though, they walk amongst the mortals, and engage the in everyday affairs of their creations.
As for their creations, there's over 50 races. If you like Elfs (or Elves), there's 9 different races of Elfs. The originals being referred to, of course, as High Elfs. Dwarves only come in two varieties, Mead, and Grey. Mead Dwarves are your stereotypical Irish folk (I'm Irish, so I can be stereotypical if I want!), and Grey are walking smokestacks, beholden to tradition and to Y'gnar, god of the Dwarves. There are Orkes, Goblins, Trolls, Giants, Ghouls, and more as well. And though they follow many troupes, they may not be what you expect.
Vesevia was not originally a magical realm, but with the creation of the Gods (long story), magic became unlocked. Now that it exists, it's there for good, or is it?
Vesevia is my life's work. I put all my effort into it, and I have a few friends that help me with it too. Joe, Aaron, Debs, Jifl (my wife), Tomislav, Sarah, and more. Some of them have their own portions of Vesevia (either the realm, or the world), and others just write stories, or help me with ideas. Vesevia is coming along, but it needs help.

Small Maps: $10-100 per map
Writers: $3000 +/- per short Novel
Artists: $50 But price varies by art requested.
Publishing: Cost unending, but varies.
Organizer: $500
