Vance T Bailey Memorial Fund

Audrey Osborn, of Maryville, MO has set up this campaign in loving memory of her brother, Vance Bailey. The money raised will go toward an education fund for Vance's 4 year old daughter, Adeline Joy Bailey (Audrey's niece). Adeline's grandmother, Glenda Bailey, will set up a savings account for the funds until Adeline is old enough to withdraw the funds for her continued education.
