Jacob Baxter's Memorial Fund
About his Family
Chrissy has lost a fantastic husband, their kids have lost a phenomenal father, parents have lost a loving son, siblings have lost a caring brother, and we all lost a friend like no other. We all want to help! There will be many financial needs for Chrissy, Ruthie (4), Nadia (2) and Chase (6 weeks), in the coming months and even years. Needs will range from the ordinary of providing for the basics (food, clothing) of the family to the larger vision oriented ones like contributing towards the work and ongoing renovation of the Community House, that Jake's family lives in. Should resources outpace the current needs, Chrissy hopes that Jake's larger vision of seeing multiple community houses established around the city might take root. Any gift is welcome and we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
For those who do not feel comfortable to donate through this site, here is the link to his home church, and the campus ministry that he ministered for, where other individuals have donated.

Hello- my name is Jamie and I lived in the same dorm as Chrissy freshman year - her roommate is my close friend - I work at trader joes and spoke with my boss who would like to donate food to Chrissy and the kids, I would like to know where I can bring it and of there are any dietary needs for the kids! I'm planning on grabbing a lot of shelf stable snacks and treats to hopefully help keep life running smoothly and allow Chrissy to worry just a little less - please let me know so I can get this together for them!
We just was to thank everyone for their outpouring of love to this wonderful family, and remind those who wish to donate that no amount is too small. Also we would just want to encourage everyone who reads this post to share the story, and let Jakes legacy as a father, minister and brother to many thrive.
