Help stop suffering of Bali dogs

I edited this campaign because the cirumstances have drastically changed .
On 22 September mount Agung, a big dangerous active volcano here on bali, went to alarm level4. Over 140.000 people had to leave their homes and most animals were left behind. The few animal rescue organisations in Bali started going into de red zone every day to feed and evacuate the thousands of dogs and cats left behind .
So did Tio Russ with her organisation "Bali Rumah Singgah Satwa"
Camps for the evacuated dogs were made and every day they went up to the red zone. The alert level is now lowered to level 3, but still there is a 6km radius red zone with abandoned animals, the mission goes on.
Now Tio is left with almost 100 (!) of new dogs that can't be placed back on the mountain, so a new shelter is being built, the dogs have moved there already. Bad news is that there is a huge shortage of building materials, and money to feed and drink them all.
Somebody made a campain for Tio and then used that money for something else but never gave it to Tio, This money was so hard needed! So I am hoping to win your heart because your gift is so much needed.

Your money is even more needed now, because there are 100 of dogs more being fed now, and many new ones in vet care . PLEASE send some of your holiday money to help Tio and her team.
It is already very hard to pay the vet bills and feed and house the +- 190 dogs and 17 cats in her home shelter at this moment, now she has to find solutions for "the 4-legged childeren of Mount Agung"
8 of those home shelter dogs are paralysed, 5 others are missing a leg, 3 are totally blind and 3 others almost blind, and new animals arriving daily.
Bali Rumah Singgah Satwa is the name of her animal rescue, they survive on Tio's own money and donations, but it's not enough! 
Tio's animal rescue is the only LOCAL rescue in Bali, and she is setting an example to the Balinese community about animal welfare. It's so important she can keep going with her rescueing! Also she does imposrtant free spay and neuter programs, to try reduce the amount of new born puppies being tossed away.
Tio has been saving the worst cases all over Bali for the past years, out there every day, scooping up rotten, broken abandoned dogs and cats, pay for their vetcare and give them a home, in the hope some will get adopted.
Bali street animals need Tio so desperately, it will be heartbreaking if she's not outthere anymore.
So I decided to make this fundraising, first of all to pay of the €1900 vetbill, and hopefully more to renew the lease of the land of the shelter, 15 are to be precise which costs €1520 per year, a five year lease would be €7600. This is our most important priority to keep going! And she/they need this money asap.
The buildings for the shelter are falling apart and are made in such a way that constant repair is necessary.
To build a better shelter for the animals, a minimum €13000 is needed. These are the extra costs!
Feeding the dogs and cats costs Tio €3800 every month, including streetfeeding homeless dogs.
Feeding the monkeys twice a week costs her a bit over € 83 every week.
It would be wonderful to reach this goal of € 30000 so Tio has paid her bills for the shelter this year, and a safe home for hundreds of animals the coming 5 years and some help with her high vet- and feeding bills every month (if possible).
