Graces Medical Expenses

We are raising money to help cover ongoing medical expenses and transportation costs for my beautiful 21 year old who was diagnosed with crohns disease almost 12 years ago. Her medical bills have become overwhelming as has the cost of medicines and treatments for her. We live hours away from a children's hospital and have to travel to the hospital frequently.
