First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to check out our page. It's truly incredible how far this mission has come since its launch in May of 2017.
What first started as a simple idea to do mission work during an 18-day trip to the Philippines by our founder, Robert Banez, has now transformed into an organization serving those in poverty stricken areas. With the $5,000+ that has been raised, we together have been able save, extend, and impact an estimated 3000 lives by providing basic life necessities such as medicine, food, clothing, school supplies, and small amounts of money!
P.U.S.O. stands for the Purposeful Unconditional Service to Others and our mission is to provide hope with a purpose. We aim to empower those living in underserved areas throughout the world. Whether our commitment to service is exemplified through providing basic life necessities or facilitating extracurricular activities, our vision is to plant the seed of hope and possibility in people. Our sincerest hope is that our commitment to service grows to be the catalyst for changing lives!
All of our initiatives and platforms affirm this creed. We aim to change how the world views philanthropy while breathing life into the status quo of fundraising. Through our intentional & creative projects and platforms, we hope to motivate, inspire, & facilitate personal growth. We hope to not only impact the lives of the populations we serve, but also everyone involved at any of our events!

The Original Mission That Started This Campaign is as Follows:
Family and Friends,
If you know me well you’ve known that I had the luxury of being raised by a group of strong, hardworking women. My mother and her 7 sisters all sacrificed incredible amounts and are the ones responsible for enabling me to become that man I am today.
With roughly 103 million citizens, and a 20% poverty rate, the Philippines is home to more than an estimated 20.6 million people living below the poverty line. This is where I need your help. I am not asking you to donate to a charity where you don’t know your money is going or what it is being used for; I am asking that you help me and my family make a difference, where we will use 100% of all donations to drastically improve the lives of those less fortunate.
My goal is to raise $4300 to change the lives of 500 people by providing them with the most basic of needs:
·Food
·Clean Water
·Clothing & Shoes
·Medicine (basic essentials including Tylenol, cold and cough tablets, amoxicillin for minor wounds, anti-diarrhea tablets to fight the side-effects of the bacteria-ridden drinking water)
·School Supplies (school in the Philippines begins in June so it will be perfect timing to give out back packs filled with pencils, pens, and notebooks to the children)
·Plastic (with typhoon season starting in June and lasting until October, plastic will be crucial in protecting the homeless folks from dying from the rain and the cold)
If we just sacrifice today’s Frappuccino or this week’s burrito bowl, to help those in need, we can make a difference where it matters.
