The Memo Foundation

Donation protected

This foundation has been started in honor of Brandon “Memo” Kluz.

Brandon "Memo" Kluz was a long time Milford local and skateboarder. He was killed in November 2018 and we, "The Memo Foundation", are raising funds in his honor to build a bowl at the Milford Skatepark in his memory.  We are a group of skateboarders, bikers, family, and friends who were greatly affected by Memo. We want to build him something that will further his spirit of skateboarding, friendship, and community for future generations to enjoy.

The bowl will require around 30-50 thousand dollars and with donations of time, equipment and materials we are hoping to keep costs as low as possible. This may allow us to build more features and make further improvements to Memo's hometown skatepark.

We have the support of the Milford Lion's Club, Parks and Recreation, and Milford's Board of Selectmen. We will be starting construction after the fundraising has been completed. This will open the foundation up to our "Phase Three" of further improvements and repairs to the existing park at Keys Field.
