I am Tegan Rein, founder of The Nourish Your Soul Movement and a Spiritual Entrepreneur.
To sum up my attitude in one sentence… 'Just say yes and work out how' ..... I am an enlightened individual who after a few hard lessons and miracles in life have found true clarity on my purpose and mission here in this lifetime.
My friends would describe me as open hearted, grounded, practical, spiritual, wise, positive, optimistic, full of love for all those around me, playful, energetic, dynamic, ambitious, motivating and inspirational.
12 months ago, I was bed ridden and very close to slipping into a coma. I was completely reliant on others to help me after contracting Type 1 and type 2 Dengue fever, this is something I am still on the mend from and getting better every day. 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with PTSD following an incident where I helped bring a man back to life who almost drowned. Its these dramatic and soul clenching experiences that have brought me a depth and drive that I can only explain as a feeling of the Phoenix rising from the Ashes!
I have a well-educated background and have worked hard since the age of 14, I opened my first business at age 23, my second at 30. I have worked in Corporate and studied as a life coach but it’s my entrepreneurial mindset that has been ticking with birthing this idea for years now. As a child, I always felt called to volunteer at special schools, or help Mum with meals on wheels deliveries. This has never left me and continued through my life. I have always naturally wanted to contribute to this world and those less fortunate. The Nourish Your Soul Movement is my gift to the world and it is, without a doubt, why I am here.
Even though I am asking you to consider this movement I am ultimately asking you to invest in me and my dreams. To back me in my quest. The energy and soul of NYS is an expansion of my own energy and life philisophies which I hand on heart believe can help tens of thousands.
Proceeds being raised will go towards the start up of The Nourish Your Soul Movement. The business was launched on February 5th, 2017 here in Cairns, Queensland, Australia. NYS is a startup business and after having 12 months off working due to illness I am starting from scratch. I am raising money to invest into the business to get this off the ground and into the hearts of all those wanting to live a soul nourished life. One of my favorite sayings is ‘It takes a village to raise a child’ and NYS is that tribe, we live in a world which is becoming more and more disconnected through technology. The core of NYS is the connection with others and self and the community.

Since launching the 'Nourish Your Soul' Movement I have already completed running the first NYS Global Online Challenge effecting the lives of 66 participants. We already have 800 likes on our Facebook page with a goal of 10,000. Monthly community events run in the form of New Moon and Full Moon womens circles aswell and are a wonderful way for people to connect and heal, release and manifest. Whats stll to come is the book 'What's Your Soul Saying?' which is up to 6000 words already. The book is a practical guide to applying life changing rituals and attitudes and to ultimately go on a journey to reconnect with who you are and what you’re here to do!
The purpose of the NYS movement is to raise the vibration of the planet, one person at a time, through transforming our western culture mindset to include spirit & soul as a daily practice in our own lives. We’ll use Life Coaching & Personal Development exercises to help others live a balanced and enriched life and to be the best version of themselves - if only this precious content was taught to us in schools. The NYS philosophies will help you become the best daughter/son, husband/wife, parent/mentor, you can be. Once we all have this gift of soul nourishment we can achieve anything, we naturally as human beings want to grow more and contribute. This includes giving back to those in our communities and circle of influence. The goal of NYS is to first help ourselves and the pay it forward.
Our vision, we see an online platform for people to do e-courses, webinars and soul circles online to connect on a deep level. These will be filled with content to help people Ground, find Clarity and Transform. These teaching suit all walks of life and are your own individual interpretation of what you need to apply as your own daily habits/spiritual practice/mindfulness/way of life. The model of what we currently train with, uses Reiki and Buddhism concepts, as well as Life Coaching techniques sharing wisdom and philosophies. A wise person once said…. ‘once I wanted to change the world, but now I realise to do this I must first change myself’.
It is my passion to create all of this with the highest intention of giving back to the world. I can see the alignment with charities as a must, we would give a % of all products & services sold back to the world. This would come from 4 areas of revenue including 1:1 sessions, 1 to many courses & workshops, Online memberships & Products. The overall legacy of this movement is long lasting change in the world.
The money will be used for implementing the business plan which includes all costs associated with a startup and any life changing opportunities that present themselves along the way to catapult this forward movement. To break it down further funds are required for Marketing/ Training/ Infrastructure/ Mentorship/ Study / Travel/ Online e-course platform/ Accounting & Lawyer costs/ basically everything associated with startup costs and then moving into growth related costs for expansion.
With the ‘Just say yes and work out how’ attitude I know these investment monies are what I am trying to problem solve, having only opened my business this is my biggest challenge. The sooner I raise the capital to get this baby off the ground the quicker it can become a reality and make a difference in the lives of others.
Helping a business in its first 12 months can dramatically change its success, acting quickly and donating now means I can maximize on the energy and enthusiasm thats here RIGHT NOW and make the most of it today!

I can’t explain enough to you all just how much this means to me, I have thought long and hard about creating this movement, I have spent hours in meditation, I have worked hard on myself, I have been a dedicated student in life, I have surrounded myself with the best of the best and have come out of it all with a fire in my belly. Sometimes we don’t get a second chance in life, sometimes we don’t come back from drowning, we don’t know when we will take our last breath. I intend to make the most of everyday that I have here to make this world a place better than when I came here. I hope I have also encouraged you to do the same.
From the depth of my soul, I just want to say…. deep honour and gratitude to you all. If I can, I will thank each and every one of you with a famous ‘Tegan heart to heart hug’ but, if I don’t get the chance to meet you, I will show my thanks through sheer hard work and my dedication to dig deep through every challenge on this quest and truly live out my purpose for years and years to come.
