Tarsha Saunders Cancer Fund

We are a group of Neurodiagnostic Techs at a North New Jersey hospital who work with Tarsha Saunders.  Tarsha is a  lovely colleaque,  mother and our friend.    We watch her and she inspires us at every corner.  She is warm and funny, hard working and reliable and devoted to her family and her faith.  Adversity is nothing new to our friend being a single mother to two beautiful daughters , working  multiple jobs to provide.  Now the struggle is critical and feels overwhelming.  Tarsha was diagnosed with Stage III Breast Cancer a few weeks ago and has already received her first Chemotherapy treatment.    Though she is planning to work as long as she can through the treatments, she had  already resigned from her additional part time jobs as focus shifts towards her battle to beat breast cancer.  Work may soon become impossible and we would like to help Tarsha focus on her health, not her financial situation.  

We want to love and honor our dear friend, colleague and family member by helping eliminate the catastrophic financial burden associated with this diagnosis.  We would like to imagine Tarsha and her daughters not experiencing ANY finacial defecit and being free from the distraction money worries  bring. 


Please consider joining us as we  LOVE and encourage Tarsha through our financial support.  The donations gathered will be used to replace the income of two part-time jobs and supplement the small disbability income.  Of course, so many medical costs will not be covered by insurance.  The funds  will also be used to provide child care for her toddler and transportation for her children to caregivers when Tarsha is under the weather.  Activities for the girls as well as Tarsha will be needed.  Mom will need to rest but the girls will need to play and be busy.  Lets help provide some fun for this small family while they deal with the new challenges this illness will bring.  Household help will be needed too.   And, hmmm, food!    Good nutrition is key to health &  recovery but good, healthy food costs alot.  Cancer survivors reading this know of many other needs we might meet through this fund.
