The T3 Ping Pong Academy

Donation protected

Following a growing number of studies into the benefits of table tennis for those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's, T3 has led their own study into the social benefits of T3 on those living in care. The results so far have been fantastic and we hope to continue spreading this success throughout care homes in London.

The T3 Academy is a not for profit organisation that has been set up to help senior citizens, those with special needs, and para players enjoy social and physical activity through participating in T3 Ping Pong*. All of the funds that we raise go directly towards running free sessions, classes and events primarily in the London and Greater London area.

With September being World Alzheimer's Month our main focus is to try and work with as many care homes as possible!

Help to make a difference today! All donations will support our academy in providing activities sessions within care homes and getting residents more active in a social team sport. Our oldest player so far has been 98 years old and she had a good laugh taking part!

T3 have also got the community involved by running drop in pay and play sessions in the North London area to support the T3 Academy's aims. Your support will mean so much to us and all of the people we work with!

£20 - Bats!! And for our tables we need at least 3 per team.

£25 - More Bats!!! Not to mention the special light weight bats and smooth handled bats for seniors and the bespoke bats for para players.

£200 - 1 x care home session.

£400 - 1x T3one70 subsidised table for a care home or SEN school of your choice.

£600 - 1x T3T subsidised table for a care home or SEN school of your choice.

£1,000 - 5x Care home sessions and Activity Manager training.

£5,000 - help sponsor a T3 Para coach or player for 6 months.

£10,000 - Outdoor tables for schools or open a T3 Academy near you!

*T3 is 3-a-side ping pong which follows similiar rules to the traditional game with its own twist. It is played on a circular table and divided for 6 players. The game can be played standing or seated.
