Volunteering India

I am a university student, who has a passion for community work. For some time I have wanted to work with disadvantaged children, such as, street children in a developing country and  provide them with caring and structured support that they need. During my placement year, I have worked with a charity, Arms Around the Child which builds support for children living in extreme adversity. This charity is linked with another charity called Volunteer Investment Programme which have established an orphange for HIV children in Jaipur. I am interested to volunteer with this programme for 3 weeks in the summer of 2017.
 
The cost of this project is £700 which will go directly to the charity which offers the support for this orphange.  I would also need £100 towards visa costs. I look to fund the flight costs independently, therefore, I need to fund raise £800  by May. The support in the orphanage offers them regular, well-balanced meals, proper care and timely treatment, thereby enhancing their confidence.
This will not only fullfill a long time dream, but it will also be a postive impact on under priviledeged children's live's. I would be truly grateful for any support you can give for this great cause.
