Rebuild the Historic Star Theatre

On Saturday, November 5, 2016 the beloved Star Theatre in downtown Willow Springs, fell victim to an electrical fire. From monthly Bluegrass concerts, to live productions performed by local theater groups including the Willow Springs Theatre Guild, the Star Dramatic Company, Stars Foundation, and others, the Star theater is a staple to the town and region. Free movies and even local senior projects call our theater "home". Historical and patriotic presentations are held in the theater often as well.
The theater is loved by our entire community and will be greatly missed until it can be restored. Any funds raised will be utilized  in conjunction with insurance claims to restore the theater and make added improvements for further enjoyment by the community. Thank you for your support!




     Update: repairs are expected to exceed the insurance cap. We will need the help of donors and those with the love of the arts to restore our theater.
