Help St. Mary's of Mo'ili'ili grow the spiritual seeds planted by the Rev. Nancy Conley by helping Fran Kramer offer a Spiritual Life Program that integrates body, mind and spirit through learning & practice of spiritual methodologies such as dreamwork and various forms of meditation & mindful exercise. This program will be especially useful to any person seeking a more holistic lifestyle to improve overall well-being and deepen spiritually.
Under the supervision of St. Mary's rector, the Rev. Greg Johnson, Fran Kramer, MA (above) will manage the program, teach many of classes, arrange for guest speakers and organize gatherings.
As funding is available, the Program will include:
Presentations by St. Mary's own or guest speakers,
Classes & Workshops on spirituality, dreamwork, meditation practices, Tai Chi, Yoga, etc.
Healing Sessions such as Reiki and Hands-On Healing,
Bookclub to read & review spiritual writings,
Meditation & Discussion gatherings
Initial funding will go to holding a four-session class on the Introduction to Types of Meditation: Relaxation, Heart Centering, Visualization for Health, Praying with the Imagination and Centering Prayer. Costs will include a $1000 stipend for the instructor, room rental @$100 & printing, media and advertizing costs @ $200. Please help us raise $1300 right away so we can begin our Program with this class! We would like to start in August.
