Sigatoka School for Special Ed Fiji

For over a decade my father has been travelling to Fiji on a regular basis and supporting the Sigatoka School for Special Education in various ways. Sometimes fi nancially, sometimes with advice and more often than not by just being there and making things happen.




Over the years the education system in Fiji has definitely improved, with funds being more readily available - however the school still struggles to keep its head above water (especially after a storm!) and I would like to start my journey in helping the school with raising some funds to buy uniforms for the kids.


Most parents can not afford uniforms (even as little as they cost) and I have heard that the teachers often reach into their own pockets, as school pride is so very important to them - and uniforms make all the difference.


A small donation to the school will go a long way to helping the kids feel pride in their school, and the teachers will have an extra few bucks in their pocket.

Please help if you can, it would really mean a lot. Oh and 100% of the money will go to the school (I am sure I didn't need to say that, but well...)
