Silvana Laa life Saving fund

Silvana Stephen Laa is a south Sudanese mother of two young children.
She is 35 years old and lived in Khartoum after the eruption of violence in the South Sudan in December 2014. She was diagnosed with brain tumor in 2017.
I became aware of Silvana illness from my friend Mary Ajang who is Silvana’s sister in law. She informed me that Silvana was diagnosed with brain tumor in Khartoum and needed an immediate operation to save her life. All the family members and friends had an impossible task to raise funds and managed to get her to India where a German surgeon operated on her for over 12 hours to remove the tumor.
Unfortunately, the tumour was too large that some part of the tumour was left behind( This is the photograph of Silvana after the operation). It was touch and go for Silvana during the recovery period. She was unable to take care of herself for months. When Silvana’s condition became stable, the funds had ran out and were insufficient to cover the second operation, therefore Silvana and her mother had to go back home to start raising funds again. That was ten months ago which during that time the family could not raise sufficient funds whilst Silvana’s condition is deteriorating. The remaining tumor left at the back of her head is now putting pressure on the nerves connected to her eyes which are causing her terrible headaches, blurred vision and dizziness.
All the funds donated will be transferred directed to Silvana via her sister in law Mary Ajang whilst she still in Africa and by using Western Union and bank transfers In Europe.
