Shanes Heart Surgery/Medical Bills

W. Shane Cook had Mitral Valve repair Heart Surgery. His Health Trouble all Started when he had a stroke in Jan. 2014. His Father had a sudden Death in Feb. 2014. A month later Shane had a  A widow maker massive heart attack in March 2014 that required emergency catherization resulting in 2 stents . He has had 3 other mild myocardial infarctions (heart attacks) since. Which included 3 more Heart Caths. Most recent being February 2016. He was hospitalized in April again with Stroke issues and I snapped the photo you see on here. Doctors have pulled him out of work (April 2014) and he and his Lawyer still awaits his Social Security hearing .......He has NO INCOME at all coming in. Meanwhile the hospital bills have mounted and he is requiring  heart surgery. All his doctors require upfront cost fees of hundreds of dollars due to him losing his health insurance when he was pulled outta work. He sees a cardiologist and neurologists plus his regular doctor and his medicines are highly priced. Any contributions even small are greatly appreciated and all money's will be used for medical expenses and Shane's health care. Thanks, Adrienne.
