Detroit Impact is hosting an eight week Kids Camp this summer!
Children will be engaged in book clubs, character counts, field trips, art projects, academic refreshers, and much more! Our goal is to raise $5,000 that will help fund field trips, supplies, in addition to summer mentoring programs, for our participants. (Projected Itemized Budget at the bottom).
When : July 10th - September 2nd
Where: Detroit Impact
Time: 9:00 a.m-2:30 p.m
Our Kids Camp Parent Orientation (to inform prospective participants on the logistics of our program) Orientation will be held on June 29, 2017 @ 6:00pm; and another on July 1st @ 11:00am.

The Wishlist
Michigan Adventure Field Trip - $2000 ($500 for Transportations, $1500 covers 50 admissions at $30/each)
BookShelves (are needed) - (These can be acquired multiple ways. Monetary donations, carpentry skills, or funiture donations are all greatly appreciated.)
T-Shirts - $250 (Estimated cost is $5 per shirt for 50 p[articipants)
Journals - $50 (at an estimated cost of $1/per journal)
Athletic Sports' Balls - $50
Arts & Craft Supplies - $500 (Estimated at a cost of $10/ participant)
Table Games - $100
Field Trip Transportation - $2000 (Approximately $250 per trip, over the course of 8 weeks)
