Shooting the Seattle Sounders for the last five seasons has been an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life. Earlier this summer, I decided to step down as the Sounders photographer for Sounder At Heart. On December 10th, the Sounders will play for The MLS Cup in Toronto. I am asking for help so that my final match as the SaH photographer is the MLS Cup.

At a minimum, I am looking for help to cover my airfare, hotel, and other basic travel expenses.  (Like winter gear? OK, no not that.) Depending on how well this goes, I may also rent some gear for the occasion. Any additional funds raised beyond that will be divided up among the following:

-Steve Zakuani’s charity, Kingdom Hope
-SonarFeed Annual FIFA Tournament , which raises funds for the Lamar Neagle Foundation
- Zach Scott’s Testimonial match

Win or lose, this MLS Cup is special. It’ll be the first time the Sounders make it there and the first time a Canadian MLS team hosts. If you’ve enjoyed my photography, I hope you’ll help me get there to be part of capturing this historic match in Toronto.
