Send this man to Europe!

Howdy.  If you don't know me, my name's Eddy.   Ever since I can remember I've wanted to travel.  I've read books and watched shows on the history of all over and studied different langauges.  I've planned trips over the years to Mexico and Iceland and Germany that all fell through for one reason or another.  Now here I am, about to be 33 and I still haven't been out of the country.  I haven't even left Texas in over 2 years!

I decided a few months back I had to do something about that.  I've worked like a dog and saved money everywhere and got my tickets to Paris for my birthday in May.  Got my passport and I've been studying my French everday.  Through living in a student co-op for a while and pure chance I have friends all over Europe I can stay with, so accomodations are set.

Only trouble is, I got a call the other day and I've had to use most of my spending money to keep from going into default on my student loans.  A friend had suggested doing a GoFundMe before but I just didn't feel comfortable.  It's not my style.  But here I am, out of legally acceptable ideas for getting the money together, embarassed as hell, tail between my legs, asking for a helping hand to live out a lifelong dream.

Stuff I will do for you:

-$15 I will send you a strange postcard.  The strangest I can find, OR, you can come visit me for a extended "safety" meeting.

-$25 Postcard + All You Can Eat BBQ at my house on a date TBA in June.  All home made.  BYOB

-$50+  Postcard + BBQ + I will come to your house and cook for you or clean your kitchen.  You pick.

-$100 Whoa buddy!  Look I apprieciate it, but if you have that much cash why not donate most to charity?   I recommend Casa Marinella in Austin.  They work with refugees.  Also, the World Wildlife Fund, Red Cross/Red Crescent, and anyone working for the poor and for the environment, espeically the protection of endangered species.  :-)
