Everyone has one simple goal in life and that goal is to live healthy around loved one's. Hello, I am Justin Hewitt and I want to share with you my personal mission in the near future.
Here is a little about me to start off with. I am a US Army Veteran with a family of 7. I have 5 kiddos of all ages. Their ages range from 18 all the way down to 2. Crazy I know!! We believe in family and keeping a strong heathy relationship.
My purpose of this fundraiser is to help my father. Scott Hewitt, also an Army Veteran, as proved over the years what hard work can do for you. He is a loving, caring man that would help anyone, any day. My father was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. This past June he endured a painful surgery to remove the bottom lobe of his lung with the hopes of getting all of the cancer.
There were still signs of the cancer, but the good news is the doctors think that Chemo and radiation will get it all!! How awesome is that?
As you can imagine, the medical bills are outrageous even after insurance. I would like to ask my friends and family to help out a dollar at a time if you can. Anything will go a long way.
What will the money be used for? Exactly that, Medical bills! My father only wishes to use any money donated for the medical bills for his treatments.
The importance of this matter is to see my dad continue his fight for his life. The easiest way to fight for something is to have a stress free environment. Medical bills can add to that and really damper the spirits of an individual. Allow my father's grand-children to have a future with their grandpa. Help us win the battle over Lung Cancer, We all could be a champion a dollar at a time.
