Save the Maico Motorcycle Logo

I have a small company located in the USA. I deal in vintage Maico motorcycles from the 70's-80's. There are a group of enthusiasts that race and restore these vintage bikes. There are several US businesses that supply this market. Recently, a Canadian Corp registered the Maico logo as their own and have attacked these small businesses demanding licencing fees to be able to use the Maico logo or the word mark "Maico" to sell parts for these motorcycles. Some of these are US companies that have been in business for over 10 years. I'm involved in a Federal lawsuit ( 578539 B.C. Ltd, v Kortz) in hopes of stopping this from happening. My legal fees have exceeded 12,000.00. My bill was going up faster than I could pay. I had to ask my attorney to withdraw from the case. The Canadian Corp has far exceeded the scope of the trademark rights. I need funding to continue the legal battle, an IP Attorney to help by donating Pro Bono work or an non IP Attorney that can help with procedures.
Help me get the Maico logo back into the hands of all to use again and for free like it has always been.
