Help with health insurance & bills

I'm recovering from throat cancer that I started treatment for last year. During that time physically, I have gotten weaker and had to leave my job that I had for nearly twelve years. I'm currently working on trying to get back into college so that I can start my life over. But until then, my insurance that I need to have to continue with my cancer treatment follow ups is due soon. Among other bills I have. Any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated and go a long way in helping me start over new.
