Hello Everyone!
For those of you who know me and for those of you who will come to know me; I am in love with Jesus, live to be in his love and spread his love everywhere I go. My passion for God even amazes me sometimes because, he puts so much joy in my heart; I have to share! I know you may be wondering where this passion comes from well quite frankly, I encountered Jesus when I was 17 years old, when I felt purposeless and had a lot of hatred and animosity in my heart. I first saw Jesus in my older sister (her love and kindness was overwhelming), from that moment on, I attended her church every Sunday and God revealed to me what the gospel was. Not only did he show me that He is holy and I am not (which is true do not get me wrong) he showed me that his Son Jesus, died on the cross not just to get me into heaven but, He died so I could know my loving-heavenly Father. Jesus died for me (Ronnell) specifically, because he wanted to me to have an intimate relationship with God. Isn’t that amazing! God sees and cares for us so much! As you can see, I am passionate about him because Jesus fought through my mess and pain to encounter me with his love. Ever since then, I have had the passion to spread this “Good News” everywhere I go.
This coming March 12 – 20, 2016 I have the honor to “GO” for the second time on a mission trip during my final spring break. If you are reading intently, you realized that God has sent me to “GO” before. Well, previously He sent me to Johannesburg, South Africa. Where I experienced His miraculous power in front of my eyes, saw other students get set free, and watched Jesus move through my fellow missionary to touch a woman who thought He (God) didn’t care about her. This time I have the privilege of “GOing” to Phoenix Arizona to help grow the church plant, my church started 1 year ago.

Once, in Phoenix I will reach and make connections with local students at the largest public university in America: Arizona State University. I will share my/God’s heart for students who may be lost, looking for their God given purpose, or are yearning for the loving touch of Christ. This mission trip means a lot to me not only because God is calling me to "GO" but also, I have the opportunity to see my pastor, Darryl Morrison and his family. This man was the very first person I met at my current church home: he has prayed for me, sown into my life with wisdom, and made me feel like family the moment I met him. It would be amazing to see him and use my God given talents to help grow the church God has given him to serve. My personal goal is to see my peers on fire for Jesus, filled with his love, to be set free from any darkness that has held them back from their purpose.
I am asking you to partake in not only what God is doing in my life but, what he is going to do in the people and students of Phoenix Arizona, through prayer (which is extremely powerful, needed, and is a viable way to support me) and/or financial support. I will be raising $1,000 (which includes round trip air travel, ground transportation, food, and lodging) in order to participate in this trip by February 29, 2016. I know this is short notice, but I have seen God provide over $1,000 in 2 weeks! I know he will provide.
