River City Holy Yoga

The Studio I work for currently is closing its doors and I have the unique opportunity to take it over and reopen it. We need to make repairs and finish de-branding the space. I can’t do it alone. My Instructors and our Community don’t want to lose this space. I would love to be able to secure a space for my students (mobile and at the studio) and I to call home in San Antonio.

Christian Yoga isn't for everyone and I understand that but "traditional"  yoga paths feel like a "ME"-worshipping experience and where is the room for Christ in that? This isn't going to be a space to lecture people or force legalistic christian viewpoints onto people. I want to create a spirtually "safe" space for those who want to worship, pray, and come to Jesus on their mats. I want to be able to provide a space for us to have community and fellowship and be able to heal in the Love that God has for us. I want to show my children what it means to truly live with God in every aspect of our lives.

It was a  transformation being saved and coming fully to Christ! I took a break from teaching and found a way to evolve my yoga practice to be inclusive of my vertical realtionship with God to better my horizontal ones with my family, community, and friends. That has been over a 10 year career. Please help me share God and the calling he's put onto my heart into a reality.

I have Instructors who want to come on board. I have members from the studio I managed that want to transfer into the new space. I am saddened by the closing of the Studio but I also see potential in making it amazing again by making this course correction and reopening it.
