Cancer hits home for me having lost 3 of my aunts overseas. Growing up I associated Cancer with the Grim Reaper because it felt like a death sentence to anyone who was diagnosed. I'm inspired to fund raise for LLS because their work is responsible for saving thousands of cancer patients lives and supporting families impacted by cancer.

I've accepted a nomination to run for Man of the Year NYC; A 10 week contest to funraise as much money as I can for LLS. Every dollar raised counts as one vote and the titles are awarded to the man and woman with the most votes at the end of 10 weeks.



Here is why you should donate: 

LLS has been involved in every major treatement breakthrough over the last 50 years. They have invested over $1 Billion in Research and Development of therapies that quadrupled the survial rate since the 1960's.  While progress is everything, their fight isn't over yet. 



Today, there is one person diagnosed with Blood Cancer every 3 minutes in the US. Every 9 minutes, one person will die from blood cancer.
