A Tribute to the Life of Riley Howell

In remembrance of Riley Howell, a member of the Waynesville community who heroically gave his life protecting others during the UNCC school shooting on April 30th, we are joining together to help create a lasting memory of Riley through the planting of a new oak tree and placement of a brass plaque in the Miller Street Park in the heart of downtown Waynesville on Main Street.

Courage such as Riley's should be honored and remembered. 

Any donation, small or large, will make an impact. Any additional funds raised will be given to the Riley Howell Foundation Fund established to help WNC families impacted by gun violence. Thank you for your generous support!
