Ricardo's Last College Semester

My name is Ricardo Hernandez Rivera, and I am an international college student in the United States. I am four months away from receiving a double diploma-Communications Studies and Social Sciences and Liberal Arts-, a mere semester away from returning back to my home of El Salvador with my head held up high, proud of the achievements here acquired, and ready to put all the knowledge gathered in this great country to good use. 

During the past year my family's financial situation has taken a turn for the worse. I have an on-campus job as a Writing tutor at the College, and was able to pay tuition for the previous semester with my savings. That well is now dry, as is my parents capacity to aid me financially in any way. 

I want to ask for your help for the remaining four months of the year. I need two thousand one hundred dollars ($2,100) in order to be able to afford tuition for Fall 2017. I am attaching a photo of my transcripts, to display that my focus has been solely on my studies ever since I moved here. However, I know a picture can only go so far. I know words can only go so far. I pray that you find it in your heart to assist me, not because I can offer you anything in return, and not because I deserve it. I pray my petition finds grace before you because it makes you feel happy.
