HELP A FAMILY THAT JUST LOST THEIR MOM

My name is Ivy, and I would not normally ask for assistance, however I am a friend of a family in a serious crisis, and this is  the only way I know to try to help them. Thank you for taking the time to read their story.

The family I am speaking of is the Reynolds family.
Labrisca, (Bri)  loving mom to Lorenzo (8) Leah (11) and Lori-Anne (12) and loving wife to Lucan.

Bri passed away this Saturday December 16th after a couragous battle with a rare illness of 2 forms of muscular dystrophy. She has suffered for many years and is now finally at peace.

Over the past 3 years Bri has been unable to walk, move most parts or her body, or even eat on her own.
Lucan had to stop working so he could take care of Bri and their 3 children full time. After a year or so being cared for at home by Lucan, Bri was rushed to the hospital and spent over a year in ICU there. Lucan was at the hospital every day and took the children every evening, but Bri wanted to be at home. The care Bri needed was not available for her at home, so Lucan took the training he needed to be able to care for Bri as they did in the hospital. Learning how to drain her lungs, read and work the medical equipment, administer medication and much more. This was literally a 24 hour job and Lucan often went without sleep.

With Lucan caring for his wife and children full time, the financial strain became tremendous. Barely able to pay the rent and feed the kids. They were unable to pay for car repairs and that has now left them without means of transportation and often without the ability to activate a phone.   Now with Bri's passing is unable to pay for her funeral.
Lucan and Bri have no immediate family in Canada so do not have the support of family to count on.

The stress of all of this, added with the devastating grief of losing his wife,  is almost unbearable for any one person to bare. I'm hoping with this gofundme campaign and your help, we can ease some of the financial stress for this wonderful family at this very difficult time of year, so they can give their mother a final resting place and get a helping hand to start to heal and get back on their feet.

Where you can help: The Reynolds rent the upstairs of a small home and have no income coming in right now. They are in fear of having to go to a shelter.
This is a wonderful family that has been devasted by grief and the hardest of financial times.
Your donations will go directly to the Reynolds family to pay for Bri's final resting place, pay the rent so they can stay in their home, and feed the children until Lucan can find work and get his family back on there feet.
Please consider a donation to help this family.

Also PLEASE SHARE this story with your family, facebook friends, twitter etc. We need to get the story out to help them.

Global News did a Story on the Reynolds family last year while Bri was still in the hopital. Click the link below to see more.
