Renovating the Organic Cat Cafe

My name is Jennifer and I am about to make my dream come true and open the first Cat Café in Greenville, South Carolina! I am planning my own little business for over two years now and getting finally very close to the opening day!
I found the perfect building in the middle of downtown Greenville and can soon start to renovate the 3600 SF former juweler store. It was really not easy to find a landlord who allows that more than 30 cats are living in the retail space. The building is vacant for quite a long time and needs massive repair and modification before we are able to open (repair heating/air condition, lighting, build partition walls, new floor and paint, refurbish kitchens and bathrooms, etc.).
