My First Major Novel

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to review my project.
The novel I am trying to fund, Redimere Revealed, has already been accepted by the publisher, and has received glowing reviews from all who have seen the manuscript. It is also the first novel of a seven part series, and takes place in a universe that has infinite potential for other stories.
The goal of this fundraiser is the total amount of the "artist investment." Anything over the target amount will go to additional features, such as promotion and marketing extras.

Novel Summary
This novel takes place in our universe. sometime well into the future. Humanity has been entirely relocated to a planet light years from our current home. Two siblings, Jason and Holly Partridge, are tasked with traveling to this planet to learn of the origins of humanity.
Humanity has also been embroiled in a drawn-out war with an alien race, the Xeraxians, bent on exterminating all life in the universe as part of a religious campaign. Not long after brother and sister arrive at their destination, they discover they are being hunted by their enemies.
Together with some newfound allies, they create a plan to drive the genocidal Xeraxians away for good... But will it work?

Redimere Revealed deals with themes of redemption, revenge, love, death, friendship, discrimination, and more.
The overall purpose of the novel is to provide the reader with a terrific story that also has excellent re-reading potential. It also examines life in all of its complexities while avoiding the heavyhanded preaching that some novels invariably include. Ultimately, my desire is to provide hope and encouragement to all who read its pages.
Characters
One of the beautiful things about this series is the sheer size and variety of characters to be found. There are dragons, aliens, angels, nephilim, elves, monsters, humans, cat people, shapeshifters, a cyborg... And those are just in the first book! I won't bore anyone with a full list, but here are a few of the major names:
Jason & Holly Partridge: Siblings sent to discover the origin of humanity. He is a journalist, and she is an accomplished military commander.
Azrael Steelbender: A nephilim man, who lends aid to Holly shortly after her unexpected landing.
Antares: An angel who oversees the village of Shalom Adonai.
Zed: A cyborg medic on board the starship Lisi Amnell with a bit of a secret.
Leli Lightrip: A cat woman who acts as a ranger and a healer in the village of Shalom Adonai.
Progenitor: The leader of the local draconian den; widely believed to be the first dragon in existence.
Mazin: The local bookdealer and tinker. He's got a backstory of heartache, but keeps a relatively positive outlook.
General Kess: The Xeraxian zelot intent on securing the Lisi Amnell at any cost.
Spyhunter: The shapeshifting ally of Antares with a murky history and an old score to settle.
The Shepherd: A true enigma.
Meet The Author
I am writing under the name Andrew James . I am the host of the podcast UCC Show , and the Programming Director and Managing Editor with UnCommon Christianity Ministries . I am in my mid-30's, and married to an amazing woman. I currently live in the state of New Mexico- Yes, it's a state, not another country!
This is the first major novel I have attempted to publish. I do have several ebooks and stories published to Kindle, including the first in a series of short stories; a collection of poetry ; and a collection of flash fiction .
This is also my second attempt to fund this novel. The first attempt was going through a different publisher, and the overall cost was approximately $12,000. Recognizing that this was too much; and after heeding the advice of wiser friends; I sought out a better deal. That came in the form of Christian Faith Publishing. The manuscript was accepted with glowing responses, and the total cost was more than cut in half.
As a person who has been writing for more than twenty years, this is a true dream of mine. As a husband and soon-to-be father, this is the best I can do for my family. Because I have been encouraged to publish all seven books with this new publisher, the potential for earning a good living while being there for my wife and child is huge.
