Rebuilding A Life

Hello everybody , 

My name is Sara Aldiwan , my husbands name is Ahmed and we are posting this gofundme page for a very tragic reason. A little back story on us , my husband moved from Iraq less than a year ago after the long process of getting his paperwork taken care of. I myself lived in california and michigan my whole life born right in oakwood hospital. When we got married my father did not want me to live in Iraq due to the unstable enviornment so my husband decided to have my cousins run his bussiness in iraq and we moved into a nice neighborhood called Dearborn Hts.  Due to the delay of paperwork and the election and the issues that came along with that , my husband was not able to secure a stable job here , and most of our income was from the store in Iraq.

Monday 3/20/2016  a car drove past security check points and drove right into the street of our store and had a bomb in it. Unfortunetly my cousins and my brother in laws were working that night and when the bomb went off we lost both cousins and my brothers were in critical condition. As far as the property and business itself , there is no insurence in an area like that. All the damage totaled over $300,000 of which my family is going to try to collect. I want to let them know that my friends and my neighbors are willing to stand with me in a time of tragedy. 

To make a very long and tragic story as short as possible , We are trying to rebuild the stores to rebuild our liveleihood and make a stand against terrorism. No matter how much they may take from us , or how hard they try to destory , we rebuild and we continue to live.
