R.C.'s Medical Support

This fund was created to help raise money for Reynald Chris (R.C.) Albert, to cover some of his medical costs associated with the expected year-long, long-term rehabiliation that is ahead of him.
R.C. was in an accident on Sunday, August 28th while he was driving to Skokie to have dinner with his mom. He was run off the road by another vehicle and is currently in intensive care for his extensive injuries. R.C. sustained burns on majority of his body and face. He has already had several surgeries on his left knee over the past several weeks. R.C. is expected to have many more to fully reconstruct his knee followed by months of extensive physical therapy. R.C. will be off work for several months without pay and his limited health insurance will not cover much of the cost of his numerous surgeries and medical care.
For those who know R.C. well, he is a funny, intelligent 27-year old who loves to make people laugh. Through the difficulties of the last couple weeks, he remains positive and hopeful which is a testament of the strong person he is. Although R.C. knows the road ahead is long, he is grateful to be alive and thankful to all those who have supported him along the way.
The money that is raised from this page will go directly to helping him cover the medical cost associated with his many surgeries and any other treatments he needs to recover.
