Queen's Mother's Ancestor Homegoing

Blessings community,
We are outreaching on the behalf of Queen. She lost her mother last week and the family is in need of aid to complete her burial rites and ancestor ritual rites. She has given support and love and healing in a multitude of ways to so many of us. This is an opportunity to give back to her when she needs it the most from her community, friends and family. We don’t want money to be an issue AT ALL for her during this time of loss, transition and eventual healing. This is her first personal outreach in her 30 years of service to the community and she was hesitant to ask for help from the community she is so willing to serve. We assured her that our community would be there for her as she has been for us in her emotional and financial time of need.
We are fundraising to help her cover all of the expenses associated with her mother’s burial / ancestor ritual rites both in Mississippi where her mother was born, raised and lived most of her life and subsequently in Long Beach where most of Queen’s community is based. The funds will be used for funeral services, travel, food, final resting place fees, property tax payments to secure her Mother’s land and any and all needs as they continue to rise.
Please send this letter to friends and any and all who think would be willing to support. Donations of all sizes will help during this time. We are trying to raise this to help her lay her mother to rest on the physical plane.

Plane Tickets to Mississippi for Queen and Grandchildren: $1,700
Rental Van for the Week of Planning and Services in Mississippi: $400
Services in Long Beach @ Earthlodge (chairs, flowers, food, cleaning and landscaping for the event, altar materials): $1,000
Church Service and Repast in Mississippi: $1,500
Cemetery in Mississippi: $3,000 (should be half the price as one in California)
Portrait Pictures to be Blown Up for Services: $150
Flowers at the Services: $250
