“Project Mexico” is an Orthodox Christian outreach to build homes in Mexico for families in great and urgent need, in addition to supporting an orphanage and school for children. Visit their website: www.projectmexico.org .
Annually, teams of volunteers travel to Mexico to visit the local population and build homes while providing Christian love and assistance. In 2018, Saint John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Rochester NY will send a team of 10 able and willing volunteers. You can help to defray their travel expenses! Your contributions will be credited directly to the parish rector, Father Ken James Stavrevsky, and deposited in a special project account for the sole purpose of providing scholarship assistance to our team members.
