My name is Neville Charlton, Founder and Chairman of Youths Inspiring Positive Change Ja. Ltd.
We are a registered non-governmental youth-led and youth-focused organization working in the areas of youth advocacy, empowerment & volunteerism locally and internationally.
The organization, in an effort to widen our impact, has launched The Positive Empowerment Fund which will provide support for our programs and enable us to have a greater impact.
One of our programs include Positive Societies in High Schools. The aim of these societies is to encourage young people, to give of their services in their local communities, while equipping them with necessary skills needed to be employable, empowered, and to create opportunities.
The Positive Societies will deepen Youth Engagement & Capacity Building in High Schools while creating a space for students to grow as they continue on their academic journey. The society will also equip them with the necessary skills on how to be effective advocates and leaders at the community and national level, which teaching them the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how they can become global citizens.
Through donations, the funds will be used for:
Capacity Building Workshops
Tivoli Gardens Police Youth Club Social Interventions
Leadership Training Workshops
Personal Development Training & Grants to Support
Financial Empowerment
Networking Opportunities
Social Media Training
Volunteer Opportunities
